Wow! They have something similar here called We Snip. I remember my neighbor called them as she had so many cats and they weren't fixed! Population overload! Anyway, they actually came out with a mobile clinic and rounded them up and fixed the whole lot. I love kitties and I love kittens, but in her instance, there was just so much inbreeding going on; well it wasn't good. They all did well.
