Eating out

Food is very essential in the body, infact it is one of the basic necessities of life where we derive nutrients, energy needed for our daily activities and growth. It is very easy to read through some people when they are hungry, the dullness and reluctance to do anything. Food is much needed for us to be active.

Am not much of a foodie but the moment I am hungry I like to see food and eat even if I won't eat much. How we get the food now depends on our choices. I eat more of home made meal, on other days I just want to treat myself to some special delicacies and I don't want to do this alone, I need company 😁. I do this with my elder brother once in a while.

Luckily on one of the lovely days when my folks were around, we all went out to eat together. Everyone asked for what they wanted, the kids were not left out. I ate chicken and chips which I have been craving for long. Eating out might be more expensive than homemade meal but it's all fun and this place we went to has waterview which was a beautiful sight to watch and crowds you don't get to see everyday,the music and relaxing atmosphere, which makes it all special.

Trying out new tastes is not a bad idea with family, taking note of eating right quantity of food and enjoy the moment while it lasts
