March is Women's Month and we would like you to reflect beyond the stereotypes about what you like about being a woman — from the depths of your being, focus on those characteristics or personal reasons.

If there is something as the next life, and if I would be coming back, I would love to come back as a woman and regardless of our monthly menstrual cramps flow, and the stereotypes that come with being a woman, I am glad God created me to be a woman and I am glad, that I am a woman.

Forget the fact that whenever the menstrual cramps come dealing with me every month, my thoughts are always wishing I didn't have to face such pain but nevertheless, I love that I am among womanhood.

After I came to an understanding that as a woman, there are so many potentials that if worked on and put into good use, would amount to something useful, it dawned on me how important a woman is and one of the few things I love about being a woman is the "Power and strength of a woman" I possess. Men may be the head but when a woman realizes the much power and strength she has, she rules her world, as she wishes to.

When a woman is set to do something or achieve something, no amount of talk or pleas from others will stop her, she will make sure she goes to the end of the earth if that is what she requires to achieve that goal. An example is a woman whose goal is to reach the peak of a career, she will stop at nothing to get there. The power she will exude in her journey is always unstoppable.

I like that as a woman I have the power and strength to control whatever I wish to, if only I harness my power and strength as a woman and put it to good use.

Women are naturally not boring, from going with the fashion trend from hair, down to shades, to clothes, face makeup, to bags, shoes, accessories, and jewelry, we always want to be in the trend even though we have those who love to do these things minimalist, to the extraordinary ones, and the medium people but we get attracted by these things and always love to have them in our wardrobe even though most times we don't need them. We love to make trending hair, love to sew trending clothes, buy trending shoes, trending bags, and all of that.

I am not left out of this thing, although most times finances may be our case, but we have them ticked in our head to get them for ourselves once the money is available. I love that as a woman I get to see these things, appreciate them, and want them if I can have them.

Another funny reason why I love being a woman is the fact that on every occasion, I always get to tell myself that "I don't have a dress for the occasion" even when my wardrobe and bags are filled with clothes even some that I am yet to even wear, I still tell myself I need to plan to sew for that occasion and end up wearing that dress once and move on to looking for something for the next occasion I would be attending.

Every time I have an occasion, my mind automatically begins to think about the clothes I should wear for that occasion, even when I have thousands of dresses fit for the occasion to choose from.

A few days ago, on social media, a guy told his fellow guy "I love you" and all hell was let loose by the same gender for professing love to gender like himself and I laughed out because it is not the same with women if freely tell our gender "I love you" and nobody thinks anything about it, we freely peck and not get a black eye for doing that to our gender and the opposite gender, we compliment publicly and privately and not get scolded or bashed for having an interest, especially to our same gender and that is something beautiful to watch.

I publicly compliment women from their skin to their smile, to their dress, hair, and all of that and you get to watch how the other ladies blush when their fellow women compliment them and I love it when I get complimented by a lady more.

Being a woman is beautiful and to all the women in my life and out there, Happy Women's Day.

Same here, even though menses most times give us pain, but I am still proud of being a woman and would come as a woman in my next life.
