@friendlymoose it's satisfying to come back after an injury or some other setback. I'm glad you don't feel so much discomfort anymore. Gradually you'll get your speed and distance up.
Watching the video I felt like I'm living in the wrong country.... It's amazing how many bike paths there are.... I've heard about the cycling culture of the Netherlands, but, seeing it through the eyes of a local is something else. Honestly, my husband and I dream of being able to cycle that way. Yes, I'm lucky to have this infrastructure. Although I'm often jealous myself when I see people cycling up mountains (which we don't have here).
Well, as long as we're able to ride it's ok.
