Look at themselves, and then they struggle with doing that, and then they kind of project, and it is what it is. You know, I'm just gonna continue to be me, use these spaces through process, shift, change, adapt and do better.

And that's why when you hear shows like that, that's me acknowledging. Well, I've struggled very often, allowing it to come into my consciousness, and now I'm gonna do better.

You see what I mean? So I encourage other people just to sometimes lead with that vulnerability and authenticity. Is it? It's all a part of growth, right? The orange wig just killed me. But I did want to say to Doctor Who, and me, Greenman now Doctor Beef, because of all of those muscles. Yeah, I love that. That's a big We do need to look after this man. I do feel like. He gives so much of his time, and I've seen it like, he's like, OK, I've gotta go. I've got a client in a little dirt. And then people keep coming.
