Volunteerism actually gives opportunity to people to build on what they never would have learned in the four walls of a classroom, because our classroom structure in this country is almost like structured.

Wrote memorization. Yes, you is either you are in the classroom learning or you at home sleeping. That's it. So what we try to do is give girls the opportunity to work with people or work in areas of interest that they would like to build on. So you find that girls after they have passed through all of our programs, either through the She Quotes program or the mentorship.

The final aspect of that program would be putting her except of maybe parental concert or the girl leaves town and we can get access to her. The next part of the program I work with girls would be to put them in a place where they can learn a skill.

You find that so recently younger one of our beneficiaries just recently got admission into the university after.
