The inspiration to make parmigiana at home, which I posted a few days ago Special dish: Parmigiana, came after our visit to Parmegianno restaurant. I'm not a big fan of pasta, but my wife loves it.

We've tried making parmigiana at home a few times, but we've never been able to reproduce the special flavor we find at the restaurant. The restaurant's signature dishes are parmigiana made with beef, chicken, shrimp, and fish fillets. They are all delicious, each one more succulent than the last.

On this day, we went to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Since my wife loves this restaurant, both the atmosphere and the food, we chose it to celebrate. The portions are generous and affordable, so you can eat very well and leave satisfied. We ordered the “Flex” option for two people, with two flavors, shrimp and beef. Both were incredible! The beef parmigiana was extremely tender and juicy, and the shrimp, well, you can imagine how it tasted!

The evening was peaceful, filled with good conversation and good food. Then we went to the mall, where I took the opportunity to buy some clothes for myself and my wife. Sometimes, all we need is to enjoy these little joys that life offers us.

A inspiração para fazer uma parmegiana em casa, que postei há alguns dias Special dish: Parmigiana, surgiu após nossa visita ao restaurante Parmegianno. Eu não sou muito fã de massas, mas minha esposa é apaixonada.

Já tentamos fazer parmegiana em casa algumas vezes, mas nunca conseguimos reproduzir o sabor especial que encontramos no restaurante. O carro-chefe da casa são, justamente, as parmegianas, de carne, frango, camarão e filé de peixe. Todas são deliciosas, uma mais suculenta que a outra.

Nesse dia, fomos comemorar nosso aniversário de casamento. Como minha esposa ama esse restaurante, tanto o ambiente quanto a comida, escolhemos ele para celebrar. As porções são bem servidas e com preço acessível, dá para comer muito bem e sair satisfeito. Pedimos a opção "Flex" para duas pessoas, com dois sabores, camarão e carne. Ambos estavam incríveis! A parmegiana de carne estava extremamente macia e suculenta, e a de camarão, bom, vocês já podem imaginar o sabor!

A noite foi tranquila, regada a boa conversa e boa comida. Depois seguimos para o shopping, onde aproveitei para comprar algumas roupas para mim e para minha esposa. Às vezes, tudo o que a gente precisa é aproveitar essas pequenas alegrias que a vida nos oferece.
