They say that roses are the most elegant and sophisticated flowers, of course this is a preference of each one, but we can not deny that roses really catch the attention, that's why they are always the favorite when giving a bouquet of flowers to that special person. We used to have several colors in the garden, but only the pink ones survived and this year they have bloomed several times.

I missed the opportunity to photograph more roses because when I realized, most of them were already withering, but luckily nature allowed me to photograph some blooms and the one that surprised me the most was the one that bloomed two by two on the same stem. I had never seen in my garden two roses on the same stem, they usually bloom one by one, as in the rest of the photographs, but this time they decided to give us a beautiful surprise.

I honestly thought that they were not going to bloom because the bud was infested with pests, I think they were pests, a small insect and in large numbers that surrounded the bud. I thought they would end up annihilating it, but to my surprise it bloomed not only once, but three more times, even with those insects on top of it, the flower did not lose strength and wanted to show its beautiful and elegant shape and show off its bright color in front of all the other plants.

We have about five rose plants in different parts of the garden, I tried to photograph even one bloom of each of them, but as I mentioned above, some I saw when they were already withered and others did not bloom, although the plant looks healthy and green, I do not understand why it did not bloom, I waited for weeks, but there were no answers. Still, I managed to capture more than one bloom from one of the plants and of course Buhito didn't want to miss the opportunity to pose with them.

Buhito posed next to them to show the size of the flower, it's almost the same size as him, don't tell me he doesn't look super handsome next to all these beautiful and radiant flowers. That intense pink color matches very well with his plumage, I think he is ready to take a rose and ask for a date, but he better not pluck the flowers, we both like to see them in the ground with their respective plant, excuse me if Buhito is not very romantic in that sense, but I guarantee that, if Buhito doesn't bring you a bouquet of flowers, he can bring you a pot with the plant.

And this was the tour through my garden today with roses as protagonists and a barred owl that always wants to be in the photos, I don't know if it is to show off its beauty compared to the flowers or because it is the star of this account and has to be present. It doesn't matter, the important thing is to enjoy and contemplate each work that nature gives us, whether it is a small flower or the biggest and most striking, which in my opinion are all striking regardless of their size. Do not forget to observe every detail that nature gives us and most importantly, do not forget to take care of it and respect it.
