two spiders and a tiny fly

This Sunday post will be my contribution to #sublimesunday initiated by @c0ff33a, #beautifulsunday initiated by @ace108, and my #sundayrandom where I share my random macro shots.

It is the last Sunday in October, and soon we will reach the end of the year. It is so fast, isn't it? Do you remember when Covid hit? It will hit 5 years mark. I still can grasp the idea of how fast time flies. It is mostly because I have not reached so many things in my real life, although luckily I already reached my Hive goal. : )

But anyway for this Sunday I want to accompany you with two spiders species, and one tiny fly.

The first one one the black color Lynx Spider, this is the first time I have seen this species. And unfortunately, it was resting on the leaves that is beyond my reach, so I could not take the shots from any different angle.

And then the second one I have this small white jumping spider in my chilly plant. So happy to have them around to take care of the pest.

For the last species that I have today to share with all of you is this tiny Mediterranian Fruit fly. A tiny fly with beautiful coloration on its eyes, and have a peculiar thorax, which is a little bit higher than its abdomen.

although it might look cute and tiny, but this fly is a big pest for farmer, because it will bore a hole into a fruit to lay its egg. and then during the larvae development can cause the fruit to rot from the inside.
