The wind is on my side

avatar

Usually, I am not reallly happy when it is windy to go out for a photo hunt, but this is an exception this time, the wind is actually on my side, keeping this rather skittish spider to standstill, so that I could get more photos.

This is a stripped lynx spider, I found basking on the top part of the wild bush. it was quite late of the day when I went out for a photowalk, and most fo the time at that time of the day, this spider is so skittish, and will escape as fast as it can whenever I tried to get close, or when I tried to photograph it.

Because of the wind, more likely this guy percieve my presence, and the way I hold and twist the leaf as part of the movement caused by the wind.

So this is the time that I love to have the wind on my side, where usually I will be getting issue to take the photos.

Nice find there in the wind! You got some nice shots of that lynx spider, it's not always easy to get good pictures when the plants are blowing!

Wind is never good, especially if you shoot macro, but you did well @ekavieka, nice shots.

What strikes me is the intensity of the green you've captured in these images. Greetings, my friend!
