Cosmophasis umbratica

This is antoher jumping spider that is quite easy to find in nature, and I have seen it a few time. But the prolem is that sometime it can be quite skittih, and will jumps away from me when i try to get close to it.

it will just jump away, just because I tried to make the brach it was resting on to be clsoer to me so that it will be easier for me to take tis photos, but it will have another idea in its mind, which is running away from me.

On the other hand, when I am lucky enough, it will just stay still and let me take so many photos of this guy.

This one that I have here give a little drama at first, it tried to confuse me by running to the upper side and the down side of the leaf, which force me to twist and turn the brach a few time before it decided to calm down a little bit and gave me the time to photogragh it.

At the end, it even show me its aggression mode which is to just face me and my camera lens. which is quite good because I have the chance to photograph its face and also to show you all the beauty of its two big front eyes.

The jumping spider is very small and hard to focus on. You did a good job on it brother 📸👌

Its metallic body definitely stood out against the green leaf that its resting on. The last images captures perfectly the front view of the body :)
