First let me introduce the Ingredients :

• Mixed Seafoods ( I have here Shrimps, Mussels, and Crabs)
• Garlic and Onions
• Butter
• Salt and Pepper
• Oyster Sauce
• Tomato Paste
• Sprite (Soft Drinks)
• Spicies
• Corn (optional)

The first step is to rinse and clean the seafood. Second, boil the seafood (shrimps, crabs, mussels) in Sprite. After boiling, lay aside the seafoods and allow them cool for 10 to 15 minutes.

While waiting for the seafood to cool, I make the Buttered Garlic Sauce. First, melt the butter in a heated pan over medium heat, then sauté the minced garlic and onions until aromatic. Then season with salt, pepper, and other seasonings.

Then I add the mixed seafoods to the pan and I stir it gently to combine with the Buttered Garlic Sauce.
