OUR RIGHT AS GOD'S CHILDREN

Happy new month everyone. Today marks the first day in the month of August. The month where rainfall is its peak. We returned all glory to God for allowing us to see this day May His name alone be glorified.

As we continue in this month, I would like to share on the right we have as God's children. Our understanding of this privilege in Christ will determine our exploration in the course of this new month.
Let's take the scriptural reading;

John 1:12 New Living Translation
But to all who believed him and accepted him, he gave the right to become children of God.

God is never partial in whatever He does. The Bible says all those who believe him. The question is, do you believe in Jesus Christ? Have you received Him as your personal lord and saviour? Do you have an identity with Jesus? There is right that is given to us not just to everyone but only those that believe.

To exercise this right the condition still remains that you believe. Would you like to be reckoned as God's child? Then you must believe in Jesus. My prayer is that as we begin this new month, may the Lord empower us with the right we need so that we would be to overcome whatever the enemy will bring our way. The authority is given to us but you must believe it.
