Be Your Highest Fan Son.....

My son returned from school one day and told me he don't know how to spell Nuclear family and his classmate knows how to. Seriously, I wasn't happy with him because it was a test question and you know what that means already.

Now, my point to him was but you know types of family and what family means? He said yes. I was so sure because we did a revision on that topic the morning before he left for school.

Shortly it stroke me, I was suppose to encourage him to write not minding whether he spells it correctly or not. Teaching kids to stay self motivated is very important, it helps them dare even difficult things. In my annoying I taught him to try no matter what as there is no single harm in trying.

Many kids needs to be told that they can do it, not only kids but even adults feel more blessing when they are motivated. As a trained Administrator I was taught that motivation helps to improve general behavior of workers in the organization. I have also come to discover that it is not only in a formal organization but also in an informal organization.

More to that, teaching kids to be their own highest fan is good too because there are times when people will not be there to cheer one up so he won't end up leaving a people centered life which will be so diverstating.

Make up your mind today to teacher your kids to be proud of themselves and grow to be their highest fan. Do good things and be proud of every win they get
