ATTITUDE IS EVERYTHING

Good Evening House.
I had a very long day today at work following the unforseen circumstances that could have been avoided if there was a right manner of approach. This led to a physical fight between two colleagues which called for an urgent Emergency meeting as to the issue to be addressed to avoid further escalation.. Because what ever is permitted will increase.

I work with the telecommunications company, our assignment is to maintain the generator, service the generator to minimize site down or down time then increase product or profit hours. Recoil the alternator service both diesel and fuel generators, General maintenance services .

So earlier today two technicians were sent to the site to carry out the normal routine checks on the generator, probably change oil, filters were necessary. Then the encounter a challenge which needed a team work at that point to solve or remedy the situation not apportioning blames to each other. This led to arguments which latter led to exchange of blows on each other.

That could have been avoided if the manner of approach was right by the junior colleague, because a soft tune takes away wrath. Just calmly explained to the other colleagues that it was an oversight stating it would not happen again instead of self defense at that point, then wait for correction, and also raising voice at the superior. Because of lack of control of temperament the senior colleague slapped him then the junior colleague retaliated and the case was brought to the office to be addressed.

In conclusion
ATTITUDE IS EVERYTHING
Let's not despise the day's of our little beginning, trust the process , Because process builds your attitude. The way and manner we respect those in authority it teaches us patience, The lesser is blessed by the greater, you can't attract what you despise , and this could be attracted through honor.
Attitude plus skill or talents = Value. Your good attitude to work brings endorsement, recommendations. "Seeth a man who is diligent in his work , he will stand before kings and not mere men.

The two parties were served a letter of suspension , because they went against the codes and conduct of the organization. Where there's no sin there's no law.
