Queridos amantes de los videojuegos a finales de los 90s hubo series animadas que sin duda todavía hoy, después de varias décadas se pronuncian sus nombres. O me van a negar que todavía hoy no recuerda a Goku o a los caballeros del zodiaco. Claro, anteriormente hubo series que también siguen el mismo patrón como por ejemplo para no mencionar tantos nombres que tal si decimos, Mazinger Z O los G.I. Joe.
Dear video game lovers, in the late 90s there were animated series that, even today, decades later, are still talked about. Or are you going to deny that you still remember Goku or the Knights of the Zodiac? Of course, there were previous series that followed the same pattern, such as Mazinger Z or G.I. Joe, to name just a few.
Sobre Goku, no fui muy apegado a la serie ni al personaje. Aun cuando era de lo único que se hablaba en la escuela o en los alrededores de la urbanización donde vivía. Por supuesto que la vi, pero como digo, no fue algo que me quitara mucho las ganas de ir a hacer la tarea. A diferencia de Los caballeros del zodiaco. Muchos años después, y tal vez fue el año pasado, que estuve viendo una de las tantas sagas de Goku donde en esta la batalla sería por salvar el universo y la tierra donde habitaba Goku y toda su manada. Ese sí me pareció un poco más atractiva
As for Goku, I wasn't very attached to the series or the character, even though it was the only thing people talked about at school or in the neighborhood where I lived. Of course, I watched it, but as I said, it wasn't something that made me want to skip my homework. Unlike Saint Seiya. Many years later, maybe last year, I was watching one of the many Goku sagas where the battle was to save the universe and the earth where Goku and his whole gang lived. That one I found a little more appealing.
Probé muchos videojuegos sobre Goku y sus esferas del dragón y bueno, quizás por no ser tan amante de la serie no pudieron agradarme. Sus peleas aunque bastantes llamativas para mí fue complicado entender su jugabilidad, el campo de batalla y los ángulos que nos presentaban. No quiero decir que sus juegos sean malos porque tal vez soy yo y mis gustos lo que me impide querer mucho más a los personajes de Dragón Ball.
I tried many video games about Goku and his dragon balls, and well, maybe because I'm not such a fan of the series, I couldn't get into them. Although the fights were quite impressive, I found it difficult to understand the gameplay, the battlefield, and the angles they presented us with. I don't want to say that their games are bad because maybe it's just me and my tastes that prevent me from liking the Dragon Ball characters more.
En las oportunidades que le ofrecí a sus videojuegos buscaba algo más de aventura más que simples enfrentamientos entre ellos. Quizás una historia sobre Goku y su descendencia y a lo mejor agregar personajes de la serie y que cada uno contara con su historia a medida que vayamos avanzando. Hoy mientas buscaba en que distraer un poco la mente antes de empezar con las labores domingueras en casa, abrir una app que nos ofrece consolas clásicas de la Nintendo como el Super Nintendo, Gameboy Avance y por supuesto, el clásico Nintendo americano. Una app emuladora bastante sencilla de usar y con grandes títulos en su catálogo. Entre ellos, volví a darle una oportunidad a Dragón Ball y bueno, sinceramente me quedé a gusto con lo que jugué.
When I gave their video games a chance, I was looking for something more adventurous than just simple battles between them. Perhaps a story about Goku and his descendants, and maybe adding characters from the series, each with their own story as we progress. Today, while looking for something to distract my mind a little before starting my Sunday chores at home, I opened an app that offers classic Nintendo consoles such as the Super Nintendo, Gameboy Advance, and of course, the classic American Nintendo. It's a fairly easy-to-use emulator app with great titles in its catalog. Among them, I gave Dragon Ball another chance, and honestly, I was really pleased with what I played.
Nunca pensé que me quedaría tantos minutos probando el videojuego pero ya ven que me distrajo un buen rato. Desde que decidí que jugaría este juego active el capturador de pantalla pues creí que me decepcionaría una vez más y la verdad es que para lo viejo de este título, me disfruté cada momento. El mismo te ofrece opciones de juego como por ejemplo el modo historia o enfrentamiento directo. Exacto, tales como los que mencioné mucho más arriba. Aquellos que no entendía y que todavía en este, sigo sin comprender ja ja ja.... No jugué más en modo historia pues como les menciono, quise fue grabar para poder ofrecerles mi pensamiento al respecto. Por eso, me subí de modo historia a batalla y bueno, hubiera preferido quedarme por allá ja ja ja... No entendí nada 🤣
I never thought I would spend so many minutes trying out the video game, but as you can see, it distracted me for quite a while. Since I decided to play this game, I activated the screen capture because I thought I would be disappointed once again, but the truth is that despite how old this title is, I enjoyed every moment. It offers you game options such as story mode or direct confrontation. Exactly, such as the ones I mentioned above. The ones I didn't understand and still don't understand, ha ha ha... I didn't play any more in story mode because, as I mentioned, I wanted to record it so I could give you my thoughts on it. So, I switched from story mode to battle mode, and well, I would have preferred to stay there, ha ha ha... I didn't understand anything🤣
El modo historia es algo bastante básico para su época y consola dado que este título fue lanzado para la pequeña consola de Nintendo llamada Gameboy. Un videojuego 2D con un diseño bastante agradable aunque no recuerdo mucho aquella primera serie, creo que acá no está muy lejos de la realidad. A medida que vamos avanzando en la historia vamos encontrándonos algunos importantes personajes como el Maestro Roshi entre otros que ya sabemos, terminan siendo como una familia para él. En fin, quizás esta no sea una total reseña de un videojuego, pero es mi punto de vista de todo esté universo de Dragón Ball y sus videojuegos. Hablo de mi experiencia y como no fui tan apegado a estos personajes. Lo que sí, es que fueron 20 minutos bastante agradables y lo volvería a jugar sin pensar.
The story mode is fairly basic for its time and console, given that this title was released for Nintendo's small console called Gameboy. It's a 2D video game with a fairly pleasant design, although I don't remember much about that first series, I think it's not far from reality here. As we progress through the story, we encounter some important characters such as Master Roshi, among others, who, as we already know, end up becoming like family to him. Anyway, this may not be a complete review of a video game, but it is my point of view on the whole Dragon Ball universe and its video games. I'm talking about my experience and how I wasn't that attached to these characters. What I can say is that it was a very enjoyable 20 minutes, and I would play it again without hesitation.

Ya entiendo por qué el juego te gustó tanto Bro, tiene lo épico de los juegos de la NES y SuperNes, para ser de la GB está súper brutal, me encantó el modo historia principalmente pero Yamcha te la puso difícil porque fue muy ágil con esos combos que te lanzaba. La banda sonora también resalta por la época y eso atrapa mucho más, se sentía como la música de Megaman jeje. Ciertamente los juegos más modernos son full complejos en todo sentido, yo los he jugado casi todos, este no lo conocía y lo voy a descargar para probarlo sin duda, ese emulador se ve super genial. Si... Tienes toda la razón. Debe ser por la similitud de los videojuegos clásicos. Megaman es buenísimo y uno de esos grandes videojuegos que no se olvidan tan fácilmente. Por cierto, FELIZ CUMPLEAÑOS 🤗

No conocía este juego, me gusta las animaciones que tiene para llevar tantos años y viendo el gameplay me dieron ganas de bajármelo para el cel. Se me hace raro que uno de los objetos para recuperar vida sea una hamburguesa, es como que no me pega mucho con Dragon Ball jajaja
ja ja ja lo mismo pensé. ¿Una hamburguesa? ja ja ja por supuesto que no cuadra mucho como diria mi hija 😂
Será que ahora entendemos el encanto de lo simple? Los juegos viejitos, por ejemplo, tienen algo especial, no sé si es la sencillez o solo el recordarlos, pero a veces se disfrutan más que los de ahora por muy básicos que sean.
I like the game's style; it looks fun, and the moves are very graceful.
In my case, I was really hooked on the Dragon Ball series. Just two days ago, I was telling my daughters they should watch it. Knights of the Zodiac was also good, it even brought tears to my eyes.

Me gusta el estilo del juego, se ve divertido y los movimientos tienen mucha gracia.
En mi caso si me enganchó muchísimo la serie Dragon Ball, justo hace dos días le comentaba a mis hijas que deben ver la serie. Caballeros del Zodiaco también fue buena, hasta me sacaba lágrimas.
Es la primera vez que veo el juego pero te aseguro que lo hubiera disfrutado muchísimo si lo hubiera visto, saludos
