My Actifit Report Card: February 21 2025

Good evening, Actifit people This is my first post on this social network. I've been using the app for a while, but I hadn't posted before because I didn't know how to do it. However, today I decided to take the plunge and make a trial and error post.

Today, I went to Ana Maria Campos Park and enjoyed a jog with a training partner. We ran through all the areas of the park internally, and then finished up some time on the bars, working out. Although we didn't do much in the way of exercises, the focus of the day was jogging and improving our endurance.
