Hola que tal, por aquí me trajo una información que quiero compartir con todos ustedes, sobre todo con las mamas primerizas.
Les hablare sobre una extraña afección que está padeciendo mi bebe de solo un mes de nacida. Esta afección se llama:

Aunque suene extraño que a un bebe tan pequeño padezca de acné, es difícil ver a nuestro recién nacido con esto.
Haciendo un paréntesis y recordando un poco, cuando mi hijo mayor nació, también padeció de acné neonatal a diferencia de cómo está afectando hoy en día a la bebe, es que a mi hijo mayor fue solo una semana los brotes en la cara, pero en el cuero cabelludo fue muy agresivo, que incluso se le cayó el cabello en el área donde le salió el acné, y fue a los tres meses de edad que se le quito.

Ahora bien esta afección le apareció a la bebe cuando tenía 14 días de nacida en el área del cuello, en el momento nos asustamos un poco, ya que pensamos que estos brotes parecidos al sarpullido eran causados por el calor o por alguna prenda de vestir, luego estos brotes desaparecieron a los cinco días y reaparecieron en el área de la cara a los 20 días.

El acné neonatal aparecen como pequeños granitos, rojos y en muchas ocasiones salen blancos, aunque la bebe no tenía algún malestar, visiblemente se ven como si generaran picor o ardor.
Como les dije a la bebe se les quito del cuello y luego le salieron en toda la cara, frete y orejas.

Y la pregunta del millón ¿porque le sale eso si solo está tomando leche materna? y tío google me dio algunas respuestas.

Algunas de las causas podrían ser:
“No está claro el mecanismo por el que aparecen “estos granos” pero se postula que pueda ser por el paso de hormonas maternas que estimulan las glándulas sebáceas del bebé.”
“El acné del bebé está causado por hormonas a las que el bebé estuvo expuesto antes de nacer.”
Cuando descubras que se están desarrollando estos bultos rojos en la piel de tu bebé, no sientas pánico y no los rasques. Es probable que la piel de tu bebé simplemente se esté adaptando a la vida en el mundo externo.

Vemos entonces que las causas no eran nada de lo que yo creía que era, todo apunta a cambios hormonales de los bebes.

Los síntomas que ha presentado mi bebe solo son el enrojecimiento de la piel al inicio en el cuello, y luego en la cara, con pequeños granitos, y en las orejas a diferencia de la cara han salido costras un poco desagradables a la vista.

Para mantener el bienestar y la higiene de mí bebe, luego del baño las costras se remueven con mucha facilidad, con un paño suave.
Es recomendable no aplicar ningún tipo de cremas ni medicamentos, sin embargo es importante mantener una buena higiene del área afectada.
Es desesperante para uno como madre ver a estos pequeñines con eso en su piel, pero sé que debo llenarme de paciencia ya que en cualquier momento desaparece.

In parenthesis and remembering a little, when my oldest son was born, he also suffered from neonatal acne unlike how it is affecting the baby today, is that my oldest son was only a week outbreaks on the face, but on the scalp was very aggressive, he even lost his hair in the area where he got the acne, and it was at three months of age that was removed.

To maintain my baby's well-being and hygiene, after bathing, the scabs are very easily removed with a soft cloth.
