Dieses Riesengraffiti (13x17 m) ist an einer Hauswand der Leipziger Strasse 232 in Dresden zu sehen. Lars P. Krause hat das Motiv entworfen und ein internationales Künstlerteam aus Deutschland, Polen, der Ukraine und Russland haben es gestaltet.

Über das Zitat auf dem Graffiti konnte in einem Online-Voting abgestimmt werden. Zur Auswahl standen Zitate, von sehr unterschiedlichen Persönlichkeiten - Indira Gandhi „Mit einer geballten Faust kann man sich nicht die Hand reichen“, Roland Kaiser „Wenn die Mehrheit schweigt, bleibt das Bild falsch“ und dem Gewinner Dumbledor aus Harry Potter.

Der Stil ist an den 4 Plakaten bei der Wahl in 2019 angelehnt , welche auch sehr populär waren. Man sieht sogar das eine alte Plakat im Hintergrund, wo das Graffiti "eingerissen" ist. Damals wurde ein Motiv von den 4 - mit Zitat des Dalai Lama an der Fassade eines noch größeren Albaus in der Dresdener Neustadt fertiggestellt.

This giant graffiti (13x17 m) you can find on a house wall at Leipziger Strasse 232 in Dresden. Lars P. Krause designed the motif and an international team of artists from Germany, Poland, Ukraine and Russia made it come true.

The motto on the graffiti was choosen after an online voting. There were quotes from very different personalities: from Indira Gandhi "You can't shake hands with a clenched fist", from Roland Kaiser, who is a popular Singer in Germany "If the majority is silent, the image remains wrong" and from the winner Dumbledor from Harry Potter.

The style is based on the 4 posters in the 2019 election, which were also very popular. You can even see the one old poster in the background where the graffiti is "torn". At that time, a motif of the 4 - with a quote from the Dalai Lama - was completed on the facade of an even larger building in Dresden's Neustadt.
