It sounds like you had an incredibly busy and challenging day.
Managing so many patients, especially with such a variety of injuries and conditions, must have been quite demanding.
It's unfortunate that the workplace accident led to such severe injuries due to the lack of safety equipment.
I hope the workers recover swiftly.
It's also frustrating when diagnostic tools like ultrasounds don't provide clear results, as in the case of the suspected appendicitis.
Your dedication to handling all these cases is truly commendable.

Yes. It was a busy day, indeed!

Workplace safety is of utmost importance. Here in Oman, the labor law is quite strict. But, still, some companies find a loophole to avoid the rules!
