Leadership is not just about position or power, but about how you connect and lead people with empathy and compassion.
A leader who has an open and genuine heart can inspire others to follow their lead and do their best.
Therefore, it is important to cultivate these values in our heart in order to lead successfully and have a positive impact on the lives of others.
