Hello EDS'ers. Today is the day we issue the EDS weekly report to keep all your guys up to date and let you know how things are going.

What are EDS tokens?

EDS tokens are HIVE income tokens that pays out weekly dividends every Monday based on 12% of the total power up the balance of the @eddie-earner account. This is currently paying out an APY to token holders of over 28%.

(Example of how the HIVE income pool is worked out)

• EDS is pegged to 1 HIVE per token
• 12% of over 104,000 HIVE POWER pays out (104,000*12/52.18) 240 per week
• EDS in circulation each yield (240/40,000) 0.006 HIVE per week
• 0.006 each week for 1 year (52.18) equals 0.31 HIVE
• 1 EDS pays out a HIVE income of roughly 31% per year

EDS tokens launched with a hardcap of 500,000 and a public sale of 20,000 tokens each issued for 1 HIVE each. There are 2 ways to mint new EDS tokens. 1 is by owning and staking either EDS miners (EDSM) are EDS mini miners (EDSMM) tokens and 2 is delegations HIVE POWER to @eds-vote. EDS Miners yield roughly 20% per year and EDS-vote yields around 4-5%.

EDS converts all earnings, airdrops, tribe tokens into HIVE. This account is 100% focused on powering up as much HIVE as possible. It's just that single-minded. This projects weekly saving club content is run by @shanibeer and wallet by @silverstackeruk both on behalf of SPinvest. This is a long term project and should be viewed as a token to stack up and HODL. Buy some miners, let them mint you some EDS tokens, build a pile and collect weekly HIVE dividends. In other words, buy some EDSM miners and forget about it. Add a few every week/month and watch your EDS pile grow. You can also buy EDS directly from the market, if you add a buy order for any amount at 1 HIVE each, it'll get filled. It might take a few days but it'll get filled as some miners like to sell their mining rewards right away to lock in them profits.

Let's get a look at the charts this week

We minted a few less EDS this week but still near 400. We can expect the mintage number to increase a bit from next week because we'll start minting for EDSD rewards tomorrow. With around 3000 EDSD in circulation, I'd guess around 40 EDS being minted for this. The HBD > HIVE ratio pays a big part and HIVE as im typing is tanking, down 8% in the past 24 hours.

Going forward would be cool to mint 50-100 EDS a week from EDSD. Please see this post for full information about EDSD tokens.

We powered up pretty much the same as last week, a tiny more at 280 HIVE. We can see in the above chart that i have marked out 3 sections from when we sold out of EDS miners to highlight our progressive growth. You can see that our growth is increasing and this is simply because we compound everything back into our HP balance. It's okay for me to say this will happen 12 months ago and you think, BS but there it is in the charts. It takes time for things to happen, i've been busting to show this for a while, haha This trend will continue as well 🤑

The HIVE income pool increased by 0.62 HIVE. Its a small number but if we think in yearly terms, we've just increased the income pool by 32.35 HIVE and we do this every week. Infact it increases every week, last week it was 31.31 HIVE.

The above chart is the same as the HP chart. Please take 10 seconds to compare both. You'll notice that you dont really see any growth in the Income Pool chart. It looks like it's going up consistently little by little but when marked like it is in the HP chart, we can see growth is increasing.

Just nerd stuff 🤓

So something weird happened with the EDS APY this week. It still declined but it only declined by 0.14%. Last week it was 0.16%, the week before it was 0.17% and then it was 0.18% for around 5 straight weeks before that.

Now this looks like a good thing and it is a good thing but from my POV as the operator, I ponder why it's dropping so fast. It should get harder and take longer as we get closer to declining 0.00% before the flip. It took 3 months to drop from 0.22% to 0.18%, it should take longer to get to 0.14%, not 3 weeks.

Strange one and I'll be looking forward to next week to see what happens with this. I dont like it, lol. I dont like the off-the-track discrepancy from model projections even if it is good.

How do you build a HIVE income that only ever increases over time?
If the EDS project sounds right up your street, there are 2 ways to get your hands on EDS tokens. Building a HIVE income is one of those things when it's better to get started sooner than later. We all put money aside for a pension/old age with the money we earn from jobs, why not do the same with blockchain earnings? If blockchain is the future, why not be playing the game of life 3 steps ahead of everyone else? There's no day like day to start increasing your income and the snowball effect is real when you have patience.

Weekly Roundup

Another week, another win and things are going to speed up a little more as we start to mint new EDS from our HBD-backed token EDSD. Based on ballpark numbers, we could end up minting 50-100 EDS from these each week and double the mintage number in HIVE will be powered up to @eddie-earner. A few people said we should have released EDSD when HIVE was cheap but I think it's still cheap. HIVE at under 50 cents is cheap when we know it'll hit $2-5 within 24 months. Missing 25-cent HIVE is only missing the bottom, there's still tons of room for profit 🤑🥳

I can't think of anything else, I've already written above. @eds-vote is doing well, it's grown by 3-4k HP this week which is cool.

Buy some lots of EDSD and hold them for a very time, set up a recurring and buy some each week, no each day and stack them high and earn more and more EDS each week and then watch the HIVE income grow as well. Pretty cool? When your done, send your EDSD back to @eds-d and get back your HBD back after 3-4 days, keep your EDS and keep your HIVE income for life. Kinda beautiful in a passive income way.
