That's the one talking about Columbian mercenaries? It seems so sad that such 'work' would be the last resort for someone. Do you think that channel can be believed or a shill for the Russian narrative? So hard to know there days.

paramilitary conflict is cultivated on the periphery to have a ready supply of low wage mercs to send to any corner of the earth. I do not "think" this. this is USAID and other "aid" at work.
