INCOME Fund ABV and Divs UPDATE!

It is time, for several reasons, to do a general update about the Asset Backed Value of our Synergy INCOME fund, which curates the community through a daily post, passes out dividends (increase is on the roadmap!) and supports promising projects.

I just recently found a great post by the estimable @spinvest - and it really made me happy to see a pretty solid explanation of our program and our progress (and yes we really did start at 1 HIVE (steem) ABV!

Our HIVE Power now totals 106,706!

HIVE SBI = ~10500 HIVE

HIVE SBI is one of the first members of the fund, and continues to form a solid part of our HIVE backbone, with significant value.

Corporate Liquidity Pool:

The last part of our "Hard HIVE backing" is in our liquidity pool, offering entrance and exit liquidity smoothing for members and earning fees.

The fees are not gigantic, but its more than nothing! About 5 INCOME 'burned' and an equal amount of HIVE earned since inception.

This Hard HIVE backing totals 106940+10500+10794 = 128234

Outstanding tokens

There are 14999 tokens minted, with 1,783.348 tokens controlled by @ecoinstats (in pool/on market) "not in circulation". Additionally, I consider @d00kie's 300.5 tokens to be burned - leaving 12,915.152 tokens in circulation.

Hive-Engine Portfolio

Additionally we do have some mostly minor positions in Hive-Engine projects, which I will list out here the main ones with some thoughts:

ARMERO 24,000 - 9600 HIVE
With dCity once again bumping, the supposed ABV of these tokens have spiked north of 0.5 HIVE each a few times. There has only been volume below this level, but we keep it on hand to help meet our daily dividends commitment.

ECOBANK 1596 - ? 3990 HIVE
Technically these are worth 8 HIVE each. But its unlikely we will realize this "Hive-profit" during this cycle. I will add it to the balance sheet at 2.5 HIVE to be conservative.

ASTRA 110,000 - 1100 HIVE
We took a position in this promising game, and have earned Stellarum dividends and some swap.hive.

PIMP 68k - 1360 HIVE (0.5% share)
We stake all PIMP we get. Occasionally I stake from @ecoinstant instead of selling.

MYRIANODE 500 - @2 = 1000 HIVE
I manage this project, its been good to us with it having paid over the 1 HIVE per token we invested in it.

XV 266 - @3.14 = 835 HIVE
Been very good to us. We have slowly sold some tokens for +150% profits (2.5x)

DBOND 578.8 - 578.8 HIVE
We are happy here, one day we can do math but we started with 500.

SOL 500 - 500 HIVE
I, @ecoinstant, donated these and I don't know if there will ever be solar panels.

DRIP 269 - @1.2 = 322.8 HIVE
We never bought any, but we are unstaking now to maybe go into the LP.

LENM 56 - 280 HIVE
Interesting adventure! Earns LEN

NEOXAG 214.8k - ~250 HIVE
Don't forget this tribe! Super centralized and super successful (especially compared to "tribes").

CARTEL 121 - 242 HIVE
We are holding this, its more than 2% of the fund.

SIM ~ 1,000,000 = 220 HIVE
Keep 1M for prizes.

BXT 125.5 = 190 HIVE
Long term hold, target is top 100 stakers.

Speculative

VIP 100 - 100 HIVE
Hard to get out of, but gives votes and I know the guy who runs it.

EDENBUXX 100 = ? 100 HIVE
I helped a group with this idea, now they have all left. I still have the account - @ecosaint. Probably do a buyback.

We do have some other things in the wallet, but the amounts are increasingly more minor. The numbers I have listed here total 20,828.6 HIVE value.

LPs

Additionally we have another ~600 HIVE worth of LPs, and almost half of that is swap.hive but we will include that here.

Other stuff

We've been around awhile, and there is quite a bit of random stuff on the account. Who is to say that the SPK and Ragnorak tokens are worth more than the PsyberX assets? Most of this stuff is likely worthless, but you never know when something will have some future value. I guess you could say we have a number of lottery tickets on the account.

We have 47 CHAOS packs and 39 CCDPACKs. We have a CLUB token, and we are one of the largest CTPM miners at a price point of free. We have a bit too much SCV and now its going bidless 💁‍♂

But the point is the ABV of INCOME is at least 11.59 HIVE as calculated right now, pretty conservatively.
