Cross 'chest freezer' off the list!

Maybe you are like me, and you have a list of things you would like to (or need to, if you are my wife) buy, but you can't do everything at once. So the list grows and grows, and every once in a while you manage to cross something off.

Well we just crossed off chest freezer from our list!

This nice couple, it turns out, were storing their brother's unused, almost new chest freezer, and needed to get rid of it. Its still under warenty in fact, so new is it.

Said brother started selling beers somewhere, and it was going well so he bought this (which also has an option to refridgerate), but then something something now he wants to sell it.

Works for me!

So we loaded it up in the ol' Nissan Patrol, and it almost fit too! But not quite, so we went to the hardware store to get a bit of rope, eight meters to be exact.

So with that taken care of, we headed up the mountain, to see how close we could get. And wouldn't you know it, we made it all the way to the front door! That road work has been paying off.

The weather has been good, and we were supposed to have some visitors, so we've been fixing the road up extra good. I was happy to take advantage of this and get the chest freezer up here. Its not all that heavy I suppose, but it is quite voluminous.

Its a Challenger brand, which is (I guess) one of the good ones, and now that its all the way up here on our farm, we'll have to find a place for it. I know where I would put it, but I'm definitely not in charge of that. I'm in charge of moving it around.

We've moved it three times already, who knows if this will be the final spot?

It mostly fits there, except that is exactly where I used to sit, so I guess I'll have to find a new place to work in the mornings, which shouldn't be to hard.

But now, we will be able to freeze fruit pulp, like guavas, when they are in harvest, and use and/or sell them when they are not. I think its going to be a money maker!!

Wish us luck with the electric bill.

What a thrill!
I'm sure they'll make the most of that freezer.
Saving fruit pulps sounds great, and I'm sure you'll be successful selling them.
Good luck with the electric bill, but it'll be worth it!

She is really happy, wants it to be as close as possible. I think sooner or later I'll be moving it out of the kitchen when she gets used to it. But the important part is she is happy :)

The freezer is big and looking almost brand new and I'm sure it was a good bargain.
I think it fits right there and I'm also sure it would be a good money spinner😊

That freezer is really a great choice which I strongly believe they will make wise use of it

You got a nice bargain there, don’t worry about the electric, unless it goes off for a long time and the stuff thaws out. Well snagged

We have a hand-me-down freezer chest. It is invaluable for long term storage of foods that you have in bulk that will survive a freeze. Meat and fruit juice concentrates, and some vegetables from our garden.

We lost electricity for around 60 hours last summer, and that hulking antiquity saved everything that was in it. You may just find yourself not missing your sitting area as much.

Yeah the design is great so the cold stays in even when you have to open it! Might buy a whole pig soon to test out its capacity!

INCOME token represents a share in the assets (NAV) of the INCOME Synergy Fund, on @ecoinstats account. There is daily curation, both of the holders themselves and also by the holders through reblogs. There are daily dividends. And there are also additional prizes.

"Is there any use?" Other than these four things, which I think makes it more "useful" than most tokens I know of, no - there is no use on the network.
