Btw, I checked real quick, the account itself needs to also cast some non-zero rshare votes to determine which waves get the tips, else the rewards are just refunded to the account.
Maybe @asgarth can lend you a hand with how he has it set up.

You vote on the comments yes, your voting strength determines how much of the rewards they receive as tips!

yes but it's based on rshares afaik @hivetrending can verify, so make sure it has some HP/delegation
Ecency.waves has 1HP, so I think it should work.
Hope they find a way to upvote some quality waves
