Why do people die(Part 1 of 3). The old path

Hi my name is ebuka Kenneth from imo state. This is my first post on MCGI community.

If there is a God, why do people die or why did God create us immortal? Isn’t God a loving Heavenly Father? Yes, He is!

God never intended that physical life should go on forever in this temporary, fleshly human form. God tells us that sooner or later all must die, according to

Hebrews 9:27 says,
It is appointed for men to die once, but after this the judgment.

And also in

Ecclesiastes 3:1-2 Solomon said,
To everything there is a season, a time for every purpose under heaven: a time to be born, and a time to die.

There are those who die young, there are those who die later in life but it is only one being that exists which has immortality and that is God Almighty.

1 Timothy 6:16
Who only hath immortality, dwelling in the light which no man can approach unto; whom no man hath seen, nor can see: to whom be honor and power everlasting. Amen.

The one person that exists to whom power and honor belong for everlasting is the Father.

Our Father in heaven, is the only being that will not or cannot die. So humans regardless of their age or condition, must die.

It is God who appointed unto men once to die, that is something inevitable. But death tells us something very important and what is that very important thing that man's death teaches us? It teaches us that there will be judgement, that we inevitably will face the judgement seat of God.

But the righteous do not need to fear death because they have the absolute assurance and confidence that they will live as long as it takes to fulfill God’s purpose and then reign with God, even after death.
