Hi friends, My introduction post is finally ready!

Hello everyone on Hive and Inleo my name is Mrs Akor Jane Anayochi a native of Isuikwuato LGA in Abia State. I am married to Mr Akor Hyginus Odinanakachi from Ezinihite Mbaise LGA Imo State. We are both from the Eastern part of Nigeria

Education and little stay with grandma

I attended Amiyiobinaohia Community primary School and Ogudu Assaa Secondary school both in my home town. I was with my grandma then and my stay with her was a very wonderful experience. In fact, she thought me discipline and morals which shaped and is still shaping my life till date. I can remember using her hair to learn how to make hair but she always chased me out because it was paining her. A friend of hers will tell her to allow me that I will be good in craft making. But when the pain was much grandma will persist I left her.

Later I will switch over to grandma friend's hair if she was around. That was how I learnt hair-making and my grandma will always ask me"aka onaonokwadu gi ofu ebe", meaning can your hands stay at a place for once? So funny remembering this now though both of them are late may their souls continue to rest.

My love for craft started from childhood. Ever since then, I have continued to make crafts and get better with time

LIFE AFTER SECONDARY SCHOOL

After my secondary school, I proceeded to Federal Polytechnic Nekede Owerri Imo State, Nigeria for my National Diploma and Higher National Diploma in Mass Communication. During my ND days I was sent to six months Industrial Training with the Popular Broadcasting Service Aba (PBS).

6 Months Industrial Training - and further work.

I did my six months Industrial Training with the Popular Broadcasting Service (PBS) Aba. The firm is closed down now due to failure to meet up with the requirements by the Nigerian government.

I worked with the reporting and broadcasting department some days in the week. I joined them in the search for news with the companies vehicle. Mr Victor Mba, a very good and talented man from Anambra State was the chief reporting officer and the leader of our department.

It was a very wonderful experience indeed during that time. I will never forget the day we were invited for a press review in Asaa secondary school by a special military group. The Federal government sent them down from North to the Eastern part of Nigeria for a special military exercise. The head of the military team Mr Danjuma gave the press review that very day to all the broadcasting stations present including NTA, AIT, VOA, RSTV, MCL, PBS to mention but a few. They all mounted their video's, recording tapes, and cameras. It was a very big experience for me and a win for Abia State.

I gathered a lot of experience from my IT days and I was really grateful for the opportunity. After my IT days, I eventually got a permanent employment from Aba North Local Government. There, I work in the Social Development Department. I have been in that department for more than 6 years. Our work involves supporting government projects for grassroot development in local communities.

Apart from my formal work as a Local Government employee, I am also a fashion designer. I make female cloths and designer wears. I also know how to make a special headcloth for women popularly known as Gele. You will see a sample of some of my work below.

Like and Dislikes

I like singing, cooking, and creativity. I hate nagging and untrustworthy people. My love for creativity made me after school to go back to learn fashion designing, Gele and Auto Gele and that's what I do now for living.

Getting to learn about Hive

I came to know about Hive web3 and Inleo through my good friend @ijebest who gave me a guarantee of how secured Hive and Inleo is. I have seen and I believed truly that Hive is a world changer. It promotes learning and networking with friends. This is a happy place to be, that is why I have come here to add value to the platform.

Appreciation/ Conclusion

I cannot conclude my introduction without saying a big thank you to my good friend @ijebest for bringing me to Hive. My special thanks goes to Hive and Inleo for this wonderful opportunity and encouragement given to me here because many people have died with good potentials in them without impacting it on others because there was no an avenue like this given to them to give out what they possess and also take from others what they have not. I pledge you my consistency and commitment to this platform.
