Diy paper sunflower wall hanging craft

Isn't it a beautiful day to start a new week and also today I will be sharing one of my creativity with you all here. In a world dominated by store-bought decor, creating something by hand adds a personal and heartfelt touch to any space. The idea for this craft came from my love for flowers and the joy they bring. Since real flowers wilt, I wanted to make something that could stay vibrant all year round. That’s when I decided to make a sunflower-themed wall hanging using only paper and recycled materials. Here's how I made this flower frame wall hanging.

materials

• Ruler.
• Scissors.
• Compass.
• Paper glue.
• Black marker.
• Hard paper.
• Pink colour paper.
• Black colour paper.
• Green colour paper.
• Yellow colour paper.
• Orange colour paper.

step 1

To start making the wall mate I first take a cardboard and then cut it into rectangles with scissors.

Then I cut the red paper to the size of the rectangular cardboard and attach the red paper to the rectangular cardboard with paper glue. Then cut some pieces of black paper to certain sizes and place them around the cardboard.

Now I took a yellow paper and cut the yellow paper with ruler into triangle shape with scissors.

Then I cut the triangular yellow papers with scissors to make colored paper flowers.

Now I place some flowers made of yellow paper one on top of the other and connect the flowers with paper glue. Then cut the pieces of orange paper and black paper and make the middle part of the flower.

Next I took a green paper and cut pieces of green paper from that paper and fold those green papers into a cylinder and connect them with paper glue. Then we place the prepared yellow paper flowers and cylindrical green paper on the rectangular cardboard.

After doing that, I then cut some pieces of green paper with scissors and then attach those pieces of paper to the rectangular cardboard with paper glue. Then finish the wall mate making process by drawing a line with a black ink marker on the green paper sheet

Following the above 7 steps as usual today I made this wonderful wall mate and below is my final result.

Creating this flower frame also reminded me of the importance of recycling and reusing. What was once waste cardboard became the foundation of a lovely home decor piece.
