Creating a unique wall hanging craft to elevate my room's decor

Greetings to everyone and welcome to my blog. I just recently painted my room wall and as I gazed around my room I couldn't help but feel a sense of monotony. The walls were dull red and the furnitures was functional but lacked any real flair, I couldn't help but yearned for something that would add a touch of personality to my space, something that would reflect my unique style and creativity. That's when I stumbled upon an idea to make a unique paper Wall hanging craft for my room, I decided to use a combination of colored paper and decoupage to create a stunning piece of art that would add a pop of colour and texture to my room.

MATERIALS NEEDED

• Cardboard paper/ hard paper
• A4 size Green color paper
• A4 size Yellow color paper
• Red color paper
• Blue color paper
• Scissor
• Compass
• Glue

PROCEDURES

step I

Firstly, using my pencil and compass, I drew a circle on my cardboard and cut out my circular cardboard.

After doing that, I then folded my green coloured paper into three longitudinal section and cut it off.

In this step, I then folded the green coloured paper at the two ends and gum them together, and I then made five pieces of it and applied it on my circular cardboard.

Here I then collected my yellow coloured paper, gum and folded it like I did with the green ones and then I attached it to the craft.

After making that part, I then cut my blue coloured paper in a triangular shape, and then I folded it.

After folding it, I then applied my gum to the edges of it and gum it together.

I then attached my blue coloured paper which I have crafted out to the center of my craft.

After doing that, I then made rose flower using my red coloured paper and gum it to the center of my craft.

Here's my final result

Finally as I finished with my craft, my room was now transformed. The once dull red wall was now a vibrant backdrop for my stunning paper Wall hanging art. My room and home has now been elevated from a mundane space to a vibrant creative oasis.
