What's the role of women in STEM? Are they well represented in the scientific field?

Women play a big role in STEM fields, but then, if you ask me, I feel they are still belittled in many areas of science and technology.

Because there have been lots of contributions made by women in STEM. For example, Rosalind Franklin was one of the people who discovered the structure of DNA, but at the end of the day, the credit was attributed to her male colleagues.

Which, if you ask me, was quite unfair to have done that. They should receive the credit for the good they do. Everyone loves it whenever they are being credited and acknowledged for their good works.

They will want to do more when appreciated well and when they're also acknowledged for their good deeds. DNA has literally helped solve so many issues all over the globe.

In the sense that people are no longer bothered or have any cause to drag the issues of being the biological parents of a particular child. DNA has made it easier to handle.

With a DNA test now, you can really identify if you're the true parent of a particular child or not. And it has also helped in reducing the rate at which ladies push a child to someone who's not responsible for it in society.

And to me, that's literally a big sense of accomplishment in the global world at large.Women should never be unrated all over the globe.

They should be acknowledged for their good works and encouraged to do better the next time. Because so far so good in my life, the women around me have played a significant role in shaping who I am today.

And I believe I'm not the only one who has partaked from this good that women had done for us all right from our first day on earth; our mothers turned out to be our first love.

They have provided support, encouragement, and invaluable perspectives that have helped us grow and succeed in one way or another in life.

It's important we learn to celebrate and support women for all they do for us and acknowledge their contributions to the scientific community and the world in general.

1. Mothers: Nurturing, caring, and guiding us from birth.

2. Partners: Supporting, loving, and sharing life's experiences.

3. Sisters: friends, confidantes, and lifelong companions.

4. Niece: Bringing joy, pride, and new perspectives.

5. Friends: Providing emotional support and trust.

6. Mentors: Guiding, inspiring, and empowering us.

7. Colleagues: Collaborating and achieving together.

8. Leaders: Influencing and shaping our world.

9. Caregivers: Selflessly supporting loved ones and communities as a whole.

10. Role Models: inspiring us with their strength, resilience, and accomplishments.

11. Teachers: Educating, shaping minds, and fostering growth.

12. Community Builders: Strengthening social bonds and fostering inclusivity.

Women really do play a very big role in our daily lives. Let's all learn to celebrate and appreciate the women in our lives!
