Relationship: Love Or Mutual Benefits
The major disadvantage of a relationship or marriage that is based on mutual benefit is that; it does not stand the test of time, however, love is known to endure and is patient. This is why I will go for a relationship that's built on love rather than mutual benefit. Oftentimes the rich practice a relationship for mutual benefit, and one of their major reasons is building a network of influence. Their reasons are genuine judging from the state of our nation today. Everyone desires someone who has something to offer other than love and body and that's okay, especially when one looks in the perspective of the wealthy.

But then, one thing they fail to realize is that every relationship has its ups and downs and only love has the capacity to withstand them all. What happens when the benefit is no longer there? Or you live with a stranger who isn't compatible and has no regards for your title because what's keeping you both is what you stand to gain?. There are so many reasons why people are encouraged to marry not just someone they love, but someone who is also their friend, they both experience some level of peace that certain benefits can't offer.
A happy home is a place where love dwells. Wealth can give temporary happiness, but love gives a peace that remains even in the hardest of times. Marriage is a forever deal, imagine spending the forever with someone who doesn't find your personality pleasing to her, but just there because you have a certain thing she wants. Any relationship built on just mutual benefit is bound to fail even from the start, love alone is the foundation where marriage and a happy relationship is built.
