A Touch Of Doubt
A lot of things happen to us in life that makes us feel we are not enough. Oftentimes failure from repeated attempts, sometimes rejection, and other times our background. For me it was rejection, at that time handling rejection was a bit tough for me, a few rejections and I already felt unworthy, helpless , and like a failure. The look on the interviewer's face felt like I had nothing to offer and that actually broke me.
For months I struggled to accept myself. It looked like the opinion of the man mattered most to me than what I already knew about myself. I couldn't find the strength to embrace rejection and this made me see myself in a different way. At a point I told myself I can't continue this way, I wasn't the only one who had suffered from rejection and the others had pick-up nicely and some of these people became great. A few positive words and affirmation helped me gain my feet, and I was ready to try again and keep failing. However, a secret about rejection made me even more stronger, accepting not just myself but whatever discouragement that followed to make me have low esteem.
The master secret was that "Rejection is a myth". Yeah, the thoughts of rejection are a myth, it all happens in our head. Nothing changes after a rejection, it only gets worse if we go around telling ourselves that we are not enough. For example, before I went for a job interview I had no job, and after the interview I still had no job, nothing changed. It only becomes a thing if one goes around telling himself he was a failure because he didn't get the Job. Nothing changes after a rejection or failure, the only thing that happens is our thoughts playing games, and it wins if we embrace the thoughts that come with it. Knowing every low self-esteem is a game of our own thoughts, I learned not to allow myself to embrace negative feedback.
I'm so happy u were able to get back on ur feet we might get rejected in so many ways but we will still be useful and important in most aspect
Yeah, that's true. Everyone is useful

Muy interesante reflexión y me gustó tu punto de vista sobre que al ser rechazado solo estás igual que antes, no hay por qué pensar que es peor. Ya llegará el trabajo perfecto para ti, no lo dudes!
