Your worker must be happy
Sometimes what brings about a successful business is not only the owners or your product, it solely depends on your workers too, but most people don’t understand it. They believe that the feelings of their workers don’t matter, they believe they can easily replace the worker, and if any worker is not performing well they will get rid of the worker. People are out there looking for jobs, and that’s why they treat workers like shit. Most workers don’t give their best when they realize that their dear superiors behave like that.
When you give people the mindset of work and money people don’t normally give their best. It creates a sense of working for money alone, so it will be difficult for such individuals to fall in love with their work when their superiors are treating them badly. Most people do jobs like that because of money and they don’t normally put in their best. They’re putting enough in the company just to earn and that is it. Businesses do not function well with this kind of mentality and businesses function well when you have people that are committed and doing their job not because of the money alone, but because they love the job and they also love you the superior.
Money alone doesn't go far
The mistake that most business owners normally make is believing that the money is enough, they believe that they don’t need any forms of relationship workers and their salary is enough to make them happy and do their job properly. This can be partially true when they are new to the job and when you are paying for your work well can make them very happy for the first few months, but immediately they get used to the job and realize that you don’t care about them their input reduce which also reduce your income as a superior. This might also have some bad effects on your business.
Our workers are one of the most important parts of our business and it is one of the parts of our business that must be very careful with and this is because they are also humans, we need a good relationship with them, and you let them know that you have a common goal which is to make your business great. This also helps to straighten your business when you make people feel at home and you let them feel that the business is not only yours and It is also theirs. They will carry your business with much seriousness when you let them understand you are paying them well and you’re treating them well because of the success of the business and they will maintain the pace.
Simple things matter
If you have been following my posts you realize that our simple choices matter and also simple things can make great results, a perfect example is simply appreciating your worker, simple appreciation by saying thank you can also go a long way, when you are trying to show your workers that the matters it helps in improving the productivity which leads to the success of the business because we are human beings and we all want to feel important, when you make people feel important can be used to create a mutual relationship.

Money only goes so far. During my job, I just do what is expected of me and I don't see many others going further than that. However, I do see some very outgoing people do very well because they care about it a lot. They tend to move up further and losing any of them tends to make life a bit harder at work.
Neglecting the human element reduces a lot of the appeal money has in motivating people to work. Yes, workers want to get paid well but more importantly, they also want to be respected and feel that they matter.
