The price we pay

A friend of mine has been dating a girl for five years, and suddenly, he broke up and moved on with his life. A few days ago, he called me to say that he wanted to engage a new lady that he just met and said in the next few weeks, he'll be getting married. How could you leave a girl that you've been dating for five years? I asked and also brought this New Girl from nowhere and wanted to marry her just like that, it's not even up to six months. He sent a picture of this new girl to me, and there are two things that I noticed about her. She's beautiful, and she's young, That's the two things I can see, and this is a major thing that most men always go for in a lady or a woman.

Many men prioritize beauty above all else and believe that their wealth entitles them to a beautiful partner. This is a common belief among men, particularly in Africa where polygamy is permitted. If a man's first wife is not attractive, he may seek a younger, more beautiful second wife. Unfortunately, this mentality has caused many men to end otherwise healthy relationships in pursuit of physical beauty. Women are not immune to this problem either, often prioritizing a man's ability to provide for them over other qualities like attractiveness or kindness.

It is a generation practice

This way of thinking is not a recent development. It has been present for centuries, where fathers would arrange marriages for their daughters to wealthy men regardless of their age or appearance. On the other hand, men would seek younger and more attractive women to marry as a symbol of wealth. This mindset has persisted to this day, with 70% of people still adhering to it either directly or indirectly.

Some people will even tell you that this practice is a lie, but when we look at the world right now, most people are hypocrites, and they hate accepting the fact that they prioritize these things over every other thing. Meanwhile, when we look at their motives for getting married, it is always because of one reason or another. Maybe it is beauty or because of money, all because they are young and strong, which is obvious, but we are living in a world where we try to kill this belief; nothing can change it because it has always been there.

The world where the ugly suffer and the broke live in pain

When we look at the way everything works? Now, we are living in a world where it is difficult for an ugly woman to get the man that they want. It's also difficult for a broke man to get the woman of their dream, which is a beautiful woman, and we are still living in a world where we deny this practice, but we have a saying “Some people are out of your league” which is a sign, and I believe that we have a way the this things works. The world is indeed cruel, like the one my friend did, ending a five-year relationship with a younger and beautiful lady and also ladies ending relationship because of money, but this kind of act has been happening for so many years, and so many people have suffered from this But don't get me wrong, everybody loves good things.

Good things have a cost

The truth is we all love good things, and whether we like it or not, we all want to have a beautiful young wife, and we all want to have money to take care of our homes. We all need all these things, but sometimes the costs of those there are always too much. They come at a great cost at the end of our lives. It may backfire, but I believe 70% of the people who are doing this all over the world don't even think about the cost and we are paying a dangerous price for the things that we want, But the question to the people reading this post is that does the cost worth it at the end of everything?

I think it isn't worth it at the end. We're prioritizing something that's elusive and without much substance. It's better to look beyond beauty or wealth, and seek inner qualities that resonate with us.

I guess everything should be in an equilibrium. Ofcourse we all want the ideal person but let's be honest everyone has some negative sides as well..
Great article!

Another way to look at things, we should always consider the negative side

Definitely true! Although I have a rather positive mindset we need to be aware of possible negative elements. :)
