Patience
Hello everyone.
today I’ll be talking about patience. As we all know, there is this saying which says “Patience is a virtue”. Patience is all about staying calm and composed especially in challenging situations. Patience is key. Patience does good things in many situations. Practicing patience can help us handle stress and better our relationships with others. As I mentioned earlier, patience is key. Patience is something that helps us sail through life’s turns with resilience. For example, you need to get to somewhere very important, instead of getting worked up and frustrated and honking your horn, you want to practice patience in a situation like this by taking a deep breath, listening to music to cool off, and also accept that the delay has happened already. By staying this patient you’ve reduced stress.
Patience is a very powerful tool that can be strengthened through practice. It allows us to approach challenges with a clear mind and that leads to better outcomes. Patience is needed in all areas of life and we need to practice patience anywhere we find ourselves. There are so many ways that can help us to practice patience in our daily life. One is when you feel that you’re impatient, you can just take a moment to inhale air deeply, hold for some seconds and then exhale slowly. I’ve tried this and it helped me regain my steeze and composure. Another one is understanding. When we put ourselves in someone else’s shoes it helps us practice patience because we will see things from their perspective.
Another way we can practice patience is by showing gratitude. When we focus on the positive aspects of our lives and appreciate what we have, we are more likely to approach situations with patience. I know it is not as easy as I’ve mentioned it because there are some annoying situations where we lose ourselves. It is not as easy as I’ve stated.
Dealing with annoying situations can test our patience. But, we can still try and practice patience in these situations. We can pause before reacting or better still not react to some things every time. We can also control the things that make us impatient and angry. For example, you have someone who annoys you every time and you know that already. You can control how you respond to this person. I’m not saying you should stop talking to the person but you can just overlook this person and just be calm and patient with your approach.
It is okay to feel frustrated. It is okay to feel angry but we can choose how we respond to things even in the most annoying situations. I know we forget to take a pause but when we learn to pause before we react it will help us practice patience more. I hope you read to this point, reading this post to this point is also part of being patient. I just want you all to know that it is important to be patient, it is important to take a step back and take a pause in awkward situations. We must take care of ourselves. Being patient is also self-care as it helps us regulate our mental well-being. Let’s remember to always take a pause. Remember to maintain your steeze and composure.
Thanks for your time.

Patience helps a lot. Things don't always go well but getting angry or emotional usually doesn't tend to help. It is hard to stay calm though.
Without patience, growth may never take place because it takes time for things to mature or be achieved, nothing really comes easy.
