Finding joy in your path

Hello everyone, hope you’re doing well? I have always stopped to think about how cool it is for us to have different dreams. But In a world that often glorifies grand achievements and extent successes it is so easy to overlook the contentment found in simpler joys and aspirations. Have you ever stopped to think of the beauty in the diversity of dreams that color our lives? I want us all to understand that it’s totally fine not to always have big dreams.

Finding happiness in the little things is as important as aiming for the stars. Not everyone wants to break records and shatter glasses and that’s okay. Our dreams are different and what might seem big to one person could be different to another.

In this society of our own it is important to accept that not everyone wants huge achievements and it is completely fine. For those who aspire to greatness, it is also very fine and it is good to give support. It is also very important to recognize that some people simply want to live life on their own terms, doing what they love, surrounded by those they care about. It is important to always respect people irrespective of their choices without imposing our own expectations. Whether you strive to break records or you prefer a quiet life, both paths are very valid.

I want us to be okay with that and also congratulate the person without projecting on the person. If you want to go ahead to break and set a record, that is all good but know that the other person may not want that and that doesn’t make them less.

Some people are okay with living a quiet life. Just know the type of person you are and what you want for your life to make you happy. At the end of the day, we are just filling our lives with joy. I have seen someone who answered a question about what her dreams were and her answer was that her dream was to raise a proper child to the benefit of themselves, herself, and society, and the person who asked her the question was like “ I mean your big dreams” and this person, in particular, was like that’s big enough which I love. Let’s stop projecting our ambitions on others. You have yours, and other people have theirs and it’s all big enough. Let’s leave people to move at their own pace and don’t be also ashamed to admit your dreams publicly. Your dreams are valid!

Many people choose to chase something different because of their past experiences or how they view life and to understand why they are making such decisions Might be a mystery to us but that doesn’t mean we should condemn it, everybody can be like everyone and I have realized it takes a high level of understanding to truly support such people. As long as is not something bad learn to support peoples dream instead of complaining.

Thanks for your time.

Sometimes, our big dreams are not even ours, in the sense that we picked it up from our surroundings, the environment and how we're raised to think. Not everyone needs to have a traditional big dream, it's the simple things that really matter, and these are big enough for some individuals.

I agree with the outlook. If you are happy and it doesn't hurt others, then you should do what you want. So I think it's good to support others in their own dreams and goals.
