Fear of unknown kill attitude.

Yesterday, I talked on adulthood and my overall life plan. I thought about the many failures I've experienced and how I continue to strive. At some point, everyone faces a situation where the fear of the unknown can weigh them down. This isn't our fault as adults, it often occurs when we try our best, but our efforts don't yield the desired results. The fear of the unknown can significantly influence our attitudes, and overthinking about the future can be quite dangerous. It can lead to either a positive or negative impact on how we feel and behave.

The positive aspect of this is that you understand that, no matter how much you worry, no one is going to save you. You simply have to keep pushing forward. This awareness can become a source of strength, as you accept that nothing will change unless you take action. Despite facing challenges, you choose not to let them weigh you down, and you find happiness in your circumstances. You have reasons to stand tall because you know that if you fall, no one will come to your aid. However, this perspective can also be painful, depending on your mindset.

The fear of the unknown can negatively affect our attitude, especially after years of hard work without seeing significant results. This feeling can diminish your morale and impact your mindset, leading to a pessimistic outlook on life. When this happens, it can greatly hinder your motivation and make it challenging to pursue your goals and plans. Many of us experience this stage at some point in our lives, and one effective way to overcome these feelings is through self-awareness.

Most people don't have self-awareness

Many people go through life day by day without paying attention to their behavior, their goals, or their relationships with others. The worst thing you can do is recognize that your attitude is negative towards those around you and towards your goals, yet choose to do nothing about it. When I confront people and ask why they behave this way, many admit they are aware of their actions but feel down. It’s during these times that you should fight against those negative feelings, as a bad attitude will only harm you further, and nothing positive will come from it.

Some people are unaware that they have a negative attitude. In conversations, you can often see how their fear of the unknown shifts their outlook from positive to negative attitude. Over time, this change replaces their optimism with pessimism, making it difficult for them to achieve their goals. A pessimistic attitude not only affects them but also diminishes the morale of those around them. As a result, people tend to distance themselves from individuals with such attitudes because they tend to drag others down with them.

Do everything you can

Adulthood can be challenging, but it’s important to understand that nothing will change unless we choose to change. In our journey to improve ourselves, excessive worrying will not lead to positive outcomes. Instead, why not adopt a positive attitude towards your goals and the people around you? Learn to enjoy the process of what you're doing. Don’t let fear dictate your life or allow past experiences to hold you back. Let go of those limitations and embrace every step of your journey.

Thanks for your time.

Adulthood is like learning to drive your own car, nobody can really do it for you, you'll have to learn it yourself. Mistakes will happen but it's part of the process of becoming a better driver. People who learn self-awareness are really hard to exchange with in my experience.
