It's essential to make your habit irresistible. Your habit should be something you enjoy so that just thinking about it will make you want to do it. For example, many people who are addicted to junk food experience a spike of dopamine in their brains when they think about sugar. When they eventually consume what they are craving, there is another dopamine spike in their brain, which serves as the reward. If you're trying to form a habit and you don't feel any desire to keep doing it, it means that your habit isn't triggering any dopamine release, and you may find it difficult to continue with your new habit.

The feeling of doing something you love is almost next to none. Too bad some people’s brain can no longer release dopamine because they have lost interest in a lot of things and this is while we have depressed people.
It’s always a good thing when our brain can still release dopamine, hehehe.
