Design your environment
I have never been a fan of medication, this is because when I was young, my mother would dissolve some medication in the water and she would ask me to drink it. For this reason, I hated the taste of medication so much and before you could see me take any medication my illness would have gotten worse, the sickness must have held me down so badly before you could force any medication in my throat. The older I get, the more I realize that I need to take some vitamins that our body can not produce in large quantities because I hate medication so much I try to balance my diet in such a way that I can get most of these vitamins, but I realize that I still need to supplement some.
I did not build my life around medication, each time I buy a supplement I end up dashing it out because of the consistency involved in taking supplements. You have to use some supplements every day which for a long time I didn't always get right, most of my supplements instead of using once a day according to the drug prescription, most times I used once a month which I did not see significant changes and this is not my fault, this is as a result of me hating supplements and trying to create a habit of using medication every day and was very difficult for me. Just like I mentioned in my previous post I decided to use my environment to my advantage.
Environment plays a significant role
Each time I get to my supplements I put them in a box and it is not always visible to me,this always makes it easy for me to forget, and that was the main reason I dash most of my supplements out. I realized that I had to change and I started putting all of my supplements on the shelf beside my bed because I spend a lot of time sitting beside my bed before going to work and after returning from work, so it was always visible for me this way, and that was how I created a habit of using supplement every day and ever since then, I have not encountered any challenges using supplement.
Environment plays a big role in our life. Most of the things we do are influenced by our environment. It is easy for you to create a habit when you work with your environment and it would be very difficult for you to leave a habit when you are walking against your environment because some of the things that our environment influences us to do are unconscious. Most times we believe we are in charge but our environment has simply taken over. Most people who live in a particular environment tend to have so many habits in common.
Take control
You can take control of your life when you decide the way you want your environment to be, most people's environments are designed for them and they live in another person's world. When you design the way you want your environment should be, It becomes easy for you to live a good life and easy for you to be in charge of your life.

I think it's good to be skeptical about medication to an extent. It's best to be healthy enough that you don't have to rely on it unless you have to.
