Customer satisfaction is not what you need

Web3 is one of the best things that ever happened to the human race because it’s easy for everybody to earn from the comfort of their home as long as you have an Internet and you have a phone you can earn from any part of the world and the funniest part is that you will also earn in the better currency which allows everybody to grow but the true concern is most people are not using Web3 not because they did not see the potential, but sometimes your product can be good, but you still won’t see a customer. I know this can be a hard truth, but it kills most businesses.

we all know that web3 is solving the current world problem. We are in a world where most people using web2 don’t have any benefit from using it and what web3 offers is not only a space where you can enjoy yourself, but also a space where you can earn money. This simply means that they are providing solutions to many problems, but still finding it difficult to beat the competition. They are finding it difficult to bring more people to themselves, and this is where the problem comes from, most people are focused on customer satisfaction instead of customer acquisition.

You can satisfy everybody

another perfect example is Apple, for so many years apple was trying to satisfy a group of people but they realized that for the company to grow to what they envisioned, they needed to have more people. They need to find a way to acquire more people and also to satisfy them and they realize that customer acquisition is more important than customer satisfaction. No matter how good your product is people will complain and criticize you but as long as you have a good product it will be easy to build customer loyalty.

most people are concerned about having a good product or providing good services, but they neglect customer acquisition and prioritize satisfaction, but when you are not getting customers, how do you want to satisfy them? the same problem is with so many companies people are concerned about satisfying a group of people and they have potential customers all around and it’s not because they don’t know what you offer but because they don’t know how Positive the impact of your product will be in their life. You did not try to make them your customer, to begin with, most people believe their product will do the work, but things don’t work that way.

No matter how good your product is people will complain and criticize you and you can use that criticism and complain to make yourself better and make your product better. when you focus so much on customer satisfaction there will still be customers who will complain about your product and your service but why not direct the same energy into customer acquisition?

Don't get me wrong

When you look at Google there are better search engines out there and we also search engines that will pay you in crypto for using their products but most people still use Google simply because they have good products, loyal customers and their brains have been customized to use Google. The thing with customers is that even if you have a good product it doesn’t matter and your product might be the best in the world but they might prefer another product you must find a way to gain them to your side and enjoy your produce, It will be easy for you to build loyalty from here.

we need a good product to compete, but we also need a good plan to acquire customers. It is obvious that web3 is better than web2 but web2 makes it their priority to keep their customers and even when they go to Web3 they can’t get the satisfaction of web2 and that is where most web3 gets it wrong. Most businesses don’t know how to acquire customers and it’s not because they are not providing good services it is because they don’t know how to acquire those customers.

Web 3 sure don't know how to attract more users to the space even if they offer so much more compared to web 2.

I think at this point web 3 might take much longer for it to gain the attention of the masses, because most web 3 project owners think they don't need to appeal to every user.

You have to keep what you have or you will not grow so customer satisfaction has to be a priority. I get what you are saying, but word of mouth through customer satisfaction is how you grow and if you do not have that you will be stagnant and disappear.

It is true, but you can't satisfy everyone and even as a human being it very difficult to satisfy oneself. Customer satisfaction is important but customer acquisition is way more important building a mega company

It's true that Web3 offers a lot, but gaining users is the most important part. You can have a great product, but if you don't attract people, it's hard to grow. I actually believe that customer satisfaction matters for growth, not just the product itself. You're so right brother Web 3 is better than Web 2 but Web 2 does a fine Job of retaining the users

It's tough to build a good brand and attract the customers. It took a long time for Google and Apple to get to where they were. I do think that the criticism is valid to an extent because you can't please everyone and as the companies grow, I don't think they focus on trying to please everyone.

Exactly, it is very difficult to please everyone but find a way to attract them and trap them with good product
