Automate your habit

A few months ago I struggled a lot with how to manage my time and I realized that it is because I consume so much content online to change this habit I said to myself that whatever I’m doing when it’s 10 PM I will stop it. At first, It seemed so difficult to do but as time went on I realized that everything got better. It gets points that when 10 pm I will start feeling sleepy automatically even without checking the time. If you’re my friend you know that I go to bed early and wake up early. This helps me to create more time for myself by simply creating habits of sleeping early. People don’t know that most habitats are created are a result of our experience.

Anytime we counter a problem we mostly don’t know what to do. We just keep trying different things and also different solutions hoping it will work. After we’ve tried our best we also keep trying without stopping it. We get the point that we will encounter a Solution and when we want to solve the same problem we won’t have to spend a lot of time without knowing what to do we just go straight to the Solution we created and also create a habit. Habit is a shortcut that we create through experience and our brain automates it so that life can be easy for us.

Some people argue against this

Some people will tell you that creating a habit or a routine makes your life boring. Some people even tell you that it will not give you freedom, but this is completely false. When we look at those that don’t have a routine and don’t have habits. They are the ones who are trapped and also they are the ones who don’t know how to spend their time or live their life, it becomes difficult for them to truly experience freedom because they do everything randomly, even though they might say to their self that they don’t have a habit we have some things that their bain have to automate for them to make their life easier, a habit give us freedom.

To create a habit we we must do it repeatedly before our brain automates it. Habit creates freedom for us. It makes us have more time and also it makes us organize.  Not only that habit helps us to free more time for ourselves.  It also frees our brain so that we can focus on other things and build habits for other areas of our lives and also automate them to free up more time for us which leads to more freedom. The main reason why some people struggle with their lives is because they have not been able to create a habit and their brains have not been able to automate some of the things that they do with their lives.

Habit is the atom

Habit is very important and it is the atom of how we respond to things and how we do everything. If we can’t figure out how to have a good habit, It will be very difficult for us to be free and also to be successful. That is why we must maintain a balance in everything we do and also create a habit for our brain to automate.
