Panus lecomtei, also known as the Hairy Panus or Hairy Oyster Mushroom, is a type of fungus characterized by its hairy surface. Despite its gills, this fungus is actually a polypore. It is often found growing on stumps and fallen logs, especially in areas exposed to direct sunlight. source
