RE: What if: I survived a heart attack

When there was talk of getting a company car, so that I could drive 27 km each way in the city traffic every day, I didn't try too hard to get it. I go to work by organized transport, every morning I walk 2 km to the stop where the bus picks us up in the morning, I take a nap while the other drives me. And the same in the afternoon, when the crowds are invisible.
I tap on the phone, take a nap, don't get nervous.
that means I walk about 5000 steps a day just to get to and from work... Real cardio for me, no stress in traffic, great choice.
@markone85 you should have written a post on this topic.

I am a supporter of public and organized transportation. If you don't waste a lot of time, it's healthy to take a little walk and rest your brain, I used to regularly nap on the bus :)
But for me, transportation became so bad that I lost 3.5 to 4 hours, including travel time. That's why I was forced to go by car and the drive takes 35 minutes one way. I make up for the walk in the garden.
You gave me an idea for a post, if I write, I'll mention you @duskobgd
How many posts have I written these years on that bus... although even when I go by car, which is rare, I use the opportunity to listen to podcasts, so I learn something new.
Feel free to mention me, maybe I'll add something too 🙂
