Caesar salad by Duskobgd
Years ago, from the moment I paid for a Caesar salad in a restaurant that made me sick for half a day, I decided to create a recipe with the ingredients that suit me the most and that I like.
I found a good mix of iceberg green salad. I decided to put only chicken fillet roasted on the grill, and as a sauce, I used blue cheese sauce that I buy at McDonald's. I season it all with smoked cheese and refresh it with cherry tomatoes.
This time we did not add cherry tomatoes, because two out of five do not eat tomatoes.
Ingredients for 5 servings:
750 g Iceberg salad mix
750 g of grilled chicken fillet
5 bags of blue cheese sauce,
250 grams of smoked cheese,
300g of cherry tomatoes (which I skipped this time),
300 grams of bruschetta (you can prepare it yourself, bake bread cubes or buy some ready-made in the market).
Preparation is easy and fast.
Cut the roasted chicken meat into strips. Add to bowl with salad.
Add bruschetta. Add a little salt and stir.
With occasional mixing, add the grated cheese. Add blue cheese sauce with occasional mixing.
At the end, add quartered cherry tomatoes. If you try this combination, let me know how you liked it.
Bon appetit!
