the voice to parliament vote

dark thought just went through my mind
in australia, we had an 'https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Indigenous_Voice_to_Parliament' vote

in america you cant vote if u have a felony? and 'of color' people represent a majority of inmates

so therefore, the number of ppl that couldnt vote, may have been what swung the vote?
