Hola, hola!! Qué alegría nos da encontrar esta comunidad que nos representa como músicos y nos identifica en esta inmesa colmena.

Hoy queremos transmitirles nuestras experiencias de vida como artistas, compositores y poetas, que sortean su tiempo entre momentos de creación y las dinámicas familiares del día a día.

Ser artista en estos tiempos, ya es sin dudas un acto de valentía. Pero cuando a esa asaña se le suma la maternidad o la paternidad, el viaje creativo se transforma, llegando a resultar un acto de marabarismo

Aparecen constantemente retos, nuevas rutinas, nuevas prioridades, deberes que como padres nos hacen reinventarnos, desdoblarnos, para poder desempeñar nuestros roles hogareños, más nuestras metas como artistas.

💥Entonces, una pregunta se instala con fuerza:

👉¿Cómo estabilizar la balanza del arte y la paternidad y/o maternidad?

Hay noches en las que la inspiración llega justo cuando la casa por fin se silencia. Los niños duermen y algo en el alma susurra: “es hora de crear”. Pero el cuerpo, agotado, pide tregua. A veces nos vence el sueño antes de escribir el primer verso, de componer la primera línea melódica o de grabar una idea.

Hay días en que el arte parece un lujo lejano, postergado por las responsabilidades. Y sin embargo, la necesidad de crear no desaparece, permanece, intacta y no somos ni seremos capaces de silenciarla, simplemente la dejamos fluir, hacemos que todo parezca un juego de roles y terminamos todos ensayando, aprendiendo....

Crear también es educar👪💫

Quizás nuestros hijos no comprendan aún lo que hacemos. Pero un día, cuando la madurez los alcancen y los sueños propios siembren en ellos nuevas inquietudes, estaremos conformes con que nos recuerden, como una familia que luchó por no abandonar sus sueños.

Somos literalmente, una banda, un equipo.

El arte hace crecer en ellos sencibilidades, los forma entre los principios de la disciplina y el estudio, los torna universales.

Nosotros , por nuestra parte confiamos mucho en sus criterios y en la espontaniedad que proyectan, pues no existe público más sincero, que los niños.

De cierto modo sentimos que les estamos enseñando, sin palabras, desde el ejemplo, la constancia y el apoyo familiar, fortaleciendo lazos invisibles que los vuelva seres humanos confiados, deshinibidos, disciplinados y responsables.

Estrategias que recomendamos para resistir creativamente 🤪😜

●"Hemos creado rutinas flexibles. No esperamos el “momento perfecto”. No tenemos un horario preciso de estudio. A veces 15 minutos de conexión sincera, de ensayo profundo, valen más que horas vacías.

●Nuestros hijos son parte de nuestro trabajo, de nuestros procesos creativos. Les hemos enseñado a respetar espacios. Que sepan que mamá o papá también sueñan. De la misma forma, apoyamos sus iniciativas.

●Los impaces creativos son normales. No debemos desestimularnos o frustrarnos por períodos de creación lenta. La creatividad también madura en silencio.

●Compartir experiencias, motivaciones, frustraciones, con otros artistas en situaciones similares, también ayuda definitivamente.

🔥 Consejo del día a todo los padres creadores : No renuncies, transforma, persevera y triunfa.

No tienes que elegir entre ser madre/padre o ser artista. Elige vivir y preocurar tu felicidad. En una familia donde los padres sean felices, los hijos serán también felices.

Así que escribe, pinta, canta, incluso entre pañales y meriendas, incluso mientras te desempeñas en otras profesiones...Porque al hacerlo, no solo cuidas a tus hijos: también cuidas tu alma. Educar a tus hijos, sobre las bases del respeto, de la consideración, del apoyo emosional y familiar, es una forma más de enseñarlos a amar.

Being an artist in these times, is undoubtedly an act of courage. But when motherhood or fatherhood is added to this task, the creative journey is transformed, becoming an act of marabarism.

Challenges, new routines, new priorities, duties constantly appear that as parents make us reinvent ourselves, unfold ourselves, to be able to perform our home roles, plus our goals as artists.

There are nights when inspiration strikes just when the house finally falls silent. The children sleep and something in their soul whispers: “it's time to create.” But the body, exhausted, asks for a truce. Sometimes sleep overcomes us before writing the first verse, composing the first melodic line or recording an idea.

There are days when art seems like a distant luxury, postponed by responsibilities, and yet, the need to create does not disappear. It remains, intact and we are not and will not be able to silence it, we simply let it flow, we make everything seem like a role play and we all end up rehearsing, learning...

Creating is also educating 👪💫

Maybe our children still don't understand what we do. But one day, when maturity reaches them and their own dreams sow new concerns in them, we will be happy to be remembered as a family that fought not to abandon its dreams.

We are literally a band, a team.

Art makes sensibilities grow in them, it forms them between the principles of discipline and study, it makes them universal.

We, for our part, trust a lot in their criteria and in the spontaneity they project, since there is no more sincere audience than children. In a way we feel that we are teaching them, without words, by example, perseverance and family support, strengthening invisible ties that make them confident, uninhibited, disciplined and responsible human beings.

Strategies that we recommend to resist creatively 🤪😜

●"We have created flexible routines. We do not wait for the “perfect moment.” We do not have a precise study schedule. Sometimes 15 minutes of sincere connection, of deep rehearsal, are worth more than empty hours.

●Our children are part of our work, of our creative processes. We have taught them to respect spaces. Let them know that mom or dad also dream. In the same way, we support their initiatives.

●Creative impasses are normal. We should not be discouraged or frustrated by periods of slow creation. Creativity also matures in silence.

●Sharing experiences, motivations, frustrations, with other artists in similar situations, also definitely helps.

🔥 Advice of the day to all creative parents: Don't give up, transform, persevere and succeed.

You don't have to choose between being a mother/father or being an artist. Choose to live and care about your happiness. In a family where the parents are happy, the children will also be happy.

So write, paint, sing, even between diapers and snacks, even while you work in other professions... Because by doing so, you not only take care of your children: you also take care of your soul. Educating your children on the basis of respect, consideration, emotional and family support, is one more way to teach them to love.
