Esta es mi entrada al concurso que proponen, donde nos invitan a compartir sobre nuestras experiencias en algún lugar que hayamos visitado.¡Así que aquí voy! Boleto en mano....vamos a volar!!!!

Hace aproximadamente un año, Harold se lanzó a una aventura que no olvidará jamás. Armado de una maleta, una dosis generosa de nervios, su mejor guitarra y sus canciones, se despidió por un mes de su familia y nuestra Cuba, para visitar el hermano y hermoso país de Chile. Nunca imaginó que aquel viaje cambiaría su manera de ver el mundo… ni que el vínculo con su gente, su cultura y sus raíces instalarían en él la promesa recurrente de regresar.

Chile lo recibió con los brazos abiertos, y en sus primeros días descubrió que los miedos que lo acompañaban se disolvían como el rocío bajo el sol de la cordillera. La calidez de su gente, la mezcla mágica de modernidad y tradición, los sabores nuevos y las historias milenarias lo envolvieron como un abrazo.

Pero si hay un lugar que quedó grabado a fuego en su memoria y su alma, ese fue sin duda el Parque Japonés Kokoro no Niwa, ubicado en La Serena, al norte del país. 🌿✨🥰💥🙏😍😍😍

Kokoro no Niwa: un pedacito de Japón en tierra chilena 🍃
"Kokoro no Niwa" significa en japonés “El jardín del corazón”, y no hay mejor forma de describir lo que se siente al cruzar sus senderos. Este parque es un rincón de armonía y contemplación, inspirado en los tradicionales jardines nipones. Fue inaugurado en 2020 como símbolo del lazo de amistad entre La Serena y la ciudad japonesa de Tenri, su ciudad hermana.

Ubicado dentro del corazón urbano de La Serena, este oasis de paz cuenta con más de 26.000 metros cuadrados de pura belleza. Un sitio donde la naturaleza y la filosofía oriental se funden para invitarte a respirar, a reconectar contigo mismo y a contemplar el mundo sin apuros.

Entre lagos llenos de peces koi, cisnes de cuello negro deslizándose como poesía viva, puentes de madera, faroles de piedra y caminos bordeados por cerezos, Harold sintió que el tiempo se detenía. Cada rincón de este parque parece sacado de un sueño: un mundo donde el silencio habla, el agua canta, y el alma se relaja.

Una experiencia multisensorial 🌸
Lo que más le gustó a Harold no fue solo lo visul, sino que todo parecía diseñado para limpiar la mente, abrir el corazón y devolverle el equilibrio.

Kokoro no Niwa es más que un parque. Es una experiencia espiritual. Un lugar ideal para meditar, leer, hacer fotografías, o simplemente estar. Es perfecto para ir solo, en pareja, o con amigos que valoran la conexión con la naturaleza y la estética del alma.

Además, el parque cuenta con áreas de descanso, miradores y una disposición cuidada que respeta los principios del feng shui, logrando un balance único entre el paisaje y la energía del entorno.

Para Harold, Chile fue mucho más que un destino. Fue una revelación. Un país que ofrece desde glaciares hasta desiertos, desde grandes ciudades vibrantes como Santiago hasta pueblos costeros con sabor a historia, como La Serena.

About a year ago, Harold set out on an adventure he will never forget. Armed with a suitcase, a generous dose of nerves, his best guitar and his songs, he said goodbye to his family and our Cuba for a month, to visit the brother and beautiful country of Chile.

He never imagined that that trip would change his way of seeing the world... nor that the bond with his people, his culture and his roots would instill in him the recurring promise of returning.

Chile welcomed him with open arms, and in his first days he discovered that the fears that accompanied him dissolved like dew under the mountain sun. The warmth of its people, the magical mix of modernity and tradition, new flavors and ancient stories enveloped him like a hug. But if there is a place that was burned into his memory and soul, it was undoubtedly the Kokoro no Niwa Japanese Park, located in La Serena, in the north of the country. 🌿✨🥰💥🙏😍😍😍

Kokoro no Niwa: a little piece of Japan on Chilean soil 🍃 "Kokoro no Niwa" means “The Garden of the Heart” in Japanese, and there is no better way to describe what it feels like to cross its paths.

This park is a corner of harmony and contemplation, inspired by traditional Japanese gardens. It was inaugurated in 2020 as a symbol of the bond of friendship between La Serena and the Japanese city of Tenri, its sister city.

Located within the urban heart of La Serena, this oasis of peace has more than 26,000 square meters of pure beauty. A place where nature and Eastern philosophy merge to invite you to breathe, to reconnect with yourself and to contemplate the world without rushing.

Between lakes filled with koi fish, black-necked swans gliding like living poetry, wooden bridges, stone lanterns and paths lined with cherry trees, Harold felt time stop. Every corner of this park seems straight out of a dream: a world where silence speaks, water sings, and the soul relaxes.

A multisensory experience 🌸 What Harold liked most was not just the visual, but everything seemed designed to cleanse the mind, open the heart and restore balance.

Kokoro no Niwa is more than a park. It is a spiritual experience. An ideal place to meditate, read, take photographs, or simply be. It is perfect to go alone, as a couple, or with friends who value the connection with nature and the aesthetics of the soul.

In addition, the park has rest areas, viewpoints and a careful layout that respects the principles of feng shui, achieving a unique balance between the landscape and the energy of the environment.

For Harold, Chile was much more than a destination. It was a revelation. A country that offers everything from glaciers to deserts, from large vibrant cities like Santiago to coastal towns with a flavor of history, like La Serena.

And although he visited many corners, there was something in that Japanese park that marked him. Perhaps it was the symbolism of having found such a serene space, in the midst of the inner turmoil.
