RE: Hive HairCut Rule still in Effect

I've never really considered this type of arbitrage trading on HIVE. I know this is kind of how the soft peg is supported, but let the bots handle that work. I'm just happy to continue earning interest on HBD and growing my share of HP through creation and curation.
