Another Healthy Day

Once I get set in my ways of a routine I tend to stick with it for a long time and since the new year I’ve been pushing myself to get back into shape and as healthy as I once was. It’s going great so far, Ive mostly been making my quick go-to salad for most nights dinners. They’re quite simple and taste pretty damn good espeically when you’re in the mood for it! When I’ve had a productive day in terms of fitness I very much look forward to it. 😅

The downside is no chicken this time! I tend to eat half the products I buy per meal so I always end up with a very high protein salad and one regular salad, I think it’s good this way as I am not great at meal prepping so the more basic and simple it is the better.

That's for sure an healthy salad, it wouldn't fill my stomach though! 😂
